The mission of the BUFFALO TEACHER RESOURCE CENTER is to provide opportunities for educators to participate in professional growth and applied practice that aligns with the district's Three-Year Academic Achievement Plan in order to improve student achievement.

Educators will acquire new knowledge and skills in content areas, instructional and assessment techniques, and alternative learning strategies in order to maximize student learning.

Educators will acquire and update knowledge and skills that effectively link technology with applications appropriate to instruction, support, and management.

Educators will be able to design, develop, and make available resources, which enable them to respond efficiently and effectively to emerging needs and changes in federal, state, and/or local initiatives with special consideration for maximizing student achievement.

Educators will acquire the knowledge and skills to work as planners, communicators, and decision-makers within the school/educational community.
